Delivery Time Extension for Remote Destinations
For remote or inaccessible destinations, delivery time may be extended by 1 to 2 additional business days.

With BOX NOW, you can pick up your package at any time from an Automatic Pickup Machine near your home or work. Select BOX NOW at checkout and your order will arrive at your Locker the next business day. Lockers operate 24/7, allowing you to pick up at any time.

Returns Policy
If you want to exchange or return a product you purchased, you have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to do so.
For products from our e-shop, changes and returns are made in accordance with our policy stated below:

Product Inspection: All products are inspected before shipping. They must be returned in the same condition you received them, with their full packaging. If the product has been used, we cannot exchange it.

Offer changes and returns: NO changes are made to offer products.

Return procedure: Inform us by phone or e-mail about the products you want to return and which ones you want to receive. Send the products to us by the same courier you received them, with the recipient paying the shipping fee. If you want another shipping method, the shipping fee is borne by the sender.
Defective product

Report a problem: If the product is defective, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We can repair it, replace it, or refund your money.

Refund: The money will be refunded in the same way you paid within 14 days. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by deposit into the bank account you provide us.
